What we collect

Audit form: your store address, work email and anything you add in the message field. We use it only to prepare your audit and reply to you.

Email: if you write to us, we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for the working relationship.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting providers keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

Legal basis

We process this data to respond to your request and take steps before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Service providers

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts the website and receives the audit form. Resend, Inc. (USA) delivers the form to our inbox, and Cloudflare, Inc. handles DNS. Providers outside the EU process data under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the engagement lasts and as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
